As of 20/10/26 B2C changes
The EU new regulations on Duty and Fees are changing, our postal services and customs are still in a state of flux sadly, we are currently awaiting stable and affordable solutions to avoid extra costs for EU customers besides the €3 duty fee and €2 processing fee (both of which are imposed by the EU and absolutely nothing to do with Rubicon Models)
If Your parcels may be delayed why we find solutions for you and we mail you if we need to, however depending on country you may be charged fees that are currently out of our control.
